Work Wife is an indie rock project formed by Brooklyn-based musicians Meredith Lampe, Cody Edgerly, and Kenny Monroe. They blend melancholy lyrics with folk rock instrumentals to craft music that reflects their dark humor. They are gaining traction with tour dates supporting Husbands, Anthony Green, and NYC peers Fenne Lily and Christian Lee Hutson, along with appearances at SXSW and Audiotree Festival. Meredith Lampe also plays keyboards and vocals for Sea Lemon, recently sharing the stage with Death Cab for Cutie during their summer tour. Parade, which is Work Wife’s debut LP, is out October 30th on Born Losers Records.
